Expanded Sheet Metal Machines

Expanded sheet metal machines are used for producing sheet metals from coils of wire. A wire feeder, a cutting head, and an expanding die make up the machine. The cutting head receives wire from the wire feeder and cuts it to the required length. The expanded metal sheet is then produced by expanding the cut wire using the expansion die. Expanded metal is a sort of sheet metal that has been sliced and stretched to create a consistent pattern of metal mesh-like material, frequently in the shape of a diamond. Expanded sheet metal machines require low maintenance and consume less power.
